The Castle Club Lounge - Disneyland Hotel - Disneyland Paris
Introduction
The Castle Club Lounge is a private lounge-bar with magnificent views of the Disneyland Park.
One corner of the lounge has a TV area with a large screen TV (showing Disney channels of course!) and a small selection of toys and games. In the TV area there are some sofas and comfy chairs.
Wi-Fi internet access is available in the lounge with vouchers available for purchase from the hotel's shop.
Wishes / Enchanted Fireworks viewed from the Castle Club
During the summer months the Disneyland Park has an extra attraction in the form of the Enchanted Fireworks (formerly known as "Wishes") and the Castle Club offers one of the best views available because next to the Castle Club Lounge is a room called "The Presidents Club" which has a couple of small balconies that you can stand out on to watch the fireworks. These are ideal to see the whole spectacle or if you want to take photos or video of the fireworks.

Castle Club Lounge - Character Breakfast
If you're staying in the Castle Club then you'll have your complimentary breakfast in the Castle Club Lounge and a booking is not required - you just turn up when you want. The lounge isn't huge but there always seem to be tables ready with little or no waiting.
Breakfast in the Castle Club Lounge is a very sedate affair compared to the Inventions restaurant below! There are excellent views of The Disneyland park from virtually every table and the food's good too.
There's a stall of various Kellogg's cereals with everything from CoCo Pops, Country Store to All Bran. You also get fresh pastries (Danish and French), croissants, pain au chocolat, yoghurts, fruit, juices, eggs, sausages, bacon, cold meats, smoked salmon, cheese and toast along with fresh coffee or tea.
During breakfast characters make appearances usually before or after their stint at the Meet and Greet outside the Inventions restaurant (the Meet and Greet is where you can have your photo taken with the characters by the hotel's photographer). The characters will visit each table in the Castle Club Lounge in turn. I regularly see Mickey, Minnie, Chip and Dale over breakfast.
Castle Club Lounge - Afternoon Tea
A complimentary afternoon tea is also served in the Castle Club Lounge at 4:00pm with a delicious and tempting array of cakes, cookies, sandwiches and sweets.
Castle Club Lounge - Bar and Complimentary Drinks
The Castle Club Lounge also has its own bar serving complimentary hot and cold soft drinks throughout the day and night. Each table has a little menu on it listing the items available. Alcohol, wine and champagne (by the glass or bottle) is also available for purchase.
I've frequently got items from the bar, breakfast counter or afternoon tea counter and taken them back to the room. If you ask the bar staff for a tray they'll gladly pass one over.
