I love dabbling with creative digital media whether its photography or video. I've also played guitar since the age of 16 and, at one time, got rather good at it (even if I say so myself!) and ended up teaching a few people.
My passions are music and films and I have a very broad taste in both. In music I love anything (except Rap, Techno and Opera) from Classical, Soul, Jazz, Gospel, Rock 'n' Roll, Pop, Rock, Blues and World. Similarly in film I love lots of different genres. At the risk of sounding pretentious I like the "art" in film and music. I especially love the cinematography and direction in film and in music I love the composition and production.
Likes: music, holidays and travel - every aspect from the planning stage through to going, cheeseburgers, chocolate chip muffins, everything to be tidy, chocolate, warm weather, concerts, Theme Parks, pizza, digital photography and video, chocolate brownies, giving presents, baked beans on toast
Dislikes: being cold, mess, fuss, birds, clutter, white chocolate (complete waste of chocolate!), winter, cats, Christmas (it's a long story), video games, rap music, being the centre of attention
Favourite TV: Dr Who, Dr Who, Dr Who! Torchwood, Dragons Den, Top Gear, Little Britain, "e.r." (I used to like this a lot but it's gone really down hill since they killed off "Mark Greene"!), Red Dwarf, Dawn French, Victoria Wood, QI, Catherine Tate, Inside The Actors Studio and Dr Who (have I already mentioned Dr Who?!)
Favourite Films: Leon, Die Hard trilogy, Goldfinger, Manhunter (original version), Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Terminator 2, Back to the Future, Alien(s), Footloose, The Lavender Hill Mob, Jaws, Time Bandits, Silence of the Lambs, The Abyss
